Rafael Teck

Rafael Teck studied International Law and Politics in Cologne and Buenos Aires and holds am master's degree in Latin American Studies. Before joining the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) as adviser for Millennium Development Goals, he worked for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the headquarter and abroad. Today, Rafael works as a policy officer in the health division of the BMZ and is responsible for the ministry´s response on HIV/AIDS.
