Markus Moke

Dr. Markus Moke, M.A., is Researcher and Academic Coordinator of the Joint European Master's Programme in International Humanitarian Action at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV) at the Ruhr-University Bochum. He is Board Member and Enlargement Coordinator of the Network on Humanitarian Assistance (NOHA).
His research interests are «Media and Humanitarian Action», «Humanitarian Aid in a Globalized World» and the «Political Dimension of Humanitarian Aid».
He lectures in the NOHA Master on Media, Programme and Project Management and Leadership. He is currently involved in projects on EU-Voluntary Corps and on Spotlighting Silent Emergencies.
