Vera Siber
Vera Siber, MA Joint European Master's in International Humanitarian Action and International Legal Field Assistance (Centre for Humanitarian Law and Human Crisis Management, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III), has been working both in humanitarian relief and development assistance in the field and in headquarters (DED, DWHH, MSF Germany, Oxfam Germany) for ten years (Cameroon, Chad, Mozambique, Mali, DRC, Burundi).
After two years as an Institutional Fundraiser for MSF Germany (2005-2006), she joined Oxfam Germany's programme department in 2007. Since then she is responsible for Oxfam Germany's co-financed projects through Institutional Donors as a Programme Coordinator and Institutional Fundraiser with a focus on DRC.
