Kate Mackintosh
Kate Mackintosh has worked with Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) for 6 years, and is currently Head of the Humanitarian Affairs Department in the Operational Centre Amsterdam.
Prior to joining MSF she worked for 5 years as a Lawyer at the Ad Hoc Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and former Yugoslavia.
She also worked for a number of years in the field for different IGOs and has published on the dilemmas of humanitarian action and the relationship between humanitarianism and criminal justice.
