Juli Niebuhr
Juli Niebuhr is currently working as the Head of the Human Resource Department of Médecins sans Frontières (MSF), Germany.
Since 1993, as a Political Scientist with a degree in International Relations, she has been managing international projects for various INGOs in the Humanitarian and Human Rigths sector focussing on Refugees and Youth in Prison (Incl. projects in Bosnia/ Kroatia 1993/94, India 1996 and South Africa). In between she continued to work as a freelance journalist for Dutch and German Media. Since 2002, she has been working with MSF in various positions at the Headquarters and in the field as a project coordinator in Darfur and Somalia and as Deputy Country Coordinator in Myanmar 2007/08.
