Christian Meyer

Colonel (GS) Christian Meyer was born and educated in Germany.
After finishing the Officer Training Course he studied economics and organization at the University of the Federal Armed Forces of Germany in Munich. Thereafter he advanced in his career as Artillerist Officer before participating in the General Staff Course A in Hamburg, Germany. After serving three years as a Battalion Commander he became the responsible developer for the German CIMIC-Concept.
Since Nov 2001, Colonel (GS) Christian Meyer has been a lecturer at the University for Science of Public Administration in Speyer, Germany.
Since July 2006 he has been the Chief of Staff of J9 German Army Forces Command in Koblenz, Germany.
